Explores topics related to majoring in and pursuing a career in STEM broadly and ESS specifically. Topics include networking, finding community in college, societal attitudes toward and pressures around STEM majors, diversity and equity issues in STEM and ESS, mental health, and undergraduate research, graduate school, and careers in the geosciences and related fields.
